Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your VynSales account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Email success@agilectechnology.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account and data deletion request”. Include your account email and your organisation name so we can locate your records.

If you belong to an organisation managed by an administrator, deletion of organisation-owned records may need to be requested by, or confirmed with, that administrator.

What gets deleted

  • Your user profile (name, email, phone) and login credentials.
  • Your account’s session and authentication data.
  • Personal data you created that is not required for another party’s records, and — where you are the account owner — your organisation’s customers, leads, quotations, orders, invoices, payments, products and visit records, including any attached photos and location check-in data.

What may be retained

  • Records we are legally required to keep for tax, accounting or audit purposes (for example, issued invoices), for the period required by law.
  • Anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
  • Backups, which are purged on our normal backup rotation cycle.

Timeframe

We confirm receipt within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except for data we must retain as described above.
