Refund Policy

Base subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time. No refund for the current paid month — access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Yearly subscriptions: non-refundable. Access continues until the end of the paid year.
  • 14-day free trial: cancel at any point during the trial at no cost.

Plan changes

  • Upgrades (Starter → Pro, Pro → Enterprise, monthly → yearly) are prorated. You only pay the price difference for the remaining time on your current cycle, charged immediately to your payment method.
  • Downgrades (Enterprise → Pro, etc.) are not supported mid-cycle. You can cancel and start a new subscription at the end of your current paid term.
  • Yearly → monthly switch mid-cycle is not supported. Yearly subscriptions run until the end of the paid year.

Extra-seat overage

  • Extra seats purchased mid-cycle are prorated: you only pay for the days between purchase and your next renewal.
  • After renewal, the per-seat fee bills at the full per-cycle rate (RM 12/mo, RM 16/mo, etc., depending on plan; yearly = 10 × monthly with 2 months free).
  • Extra-seat purchases are non-refundable.
  • You can schedule a seat reduction at any time. The reduction takes effect at the next renewal — you keep all purchased seats until then. No refund is issued for the unused time.
  • You can cancel a scheduled reduction before it takes effect.

Extra-company overage

  • Extra company slots are sold per-year as a one-time charge. Non-refundable.
  • The slot stays attached to your subscription through the paid year and renews automatically unless you remove it before renewal.

Cancellation

  • Cancel at any time from your Billing page or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops auto-renewal. Service continues until the end of your paid term.
  • No refund is issued for unused time on a cancelled subscription.

Exceptional refunds

We may issue a refund at our discretion for cases of duplicate charges, billing errors on our side, or where required by law. Contact success@agilectechnology.com within 30 days of the charge.
