How to manage multiple companies under one login
If you run more than one company — a group structure, a holding company, or an accounting firm serving several clients — you shouldn't need a separate login for each. VynSales supports multiple companies under one account.
1. Check your plan
Multi-company access is available on Pro and Enterprise. Pro includes 1 company (add more at RM 480/year each); Enterprise includes 2 (add more at RM 360/year each). Starter is limited to a single company.
2. Add a company
From the organisation switcher, create a new company. Each company keeps its own customers, catalog, documents, and numbering — data is fully isolated between them.
3. Switch between companies
Use the org switcher in the app shell to move between companies. What you see — customers, quotes, invoices — always belongs to the company you're currently in.
4. Control who sees what
Combine multi-company with per-user permissions so each person only accesses the companies and modules they should.
5. Billing stays simple
Extra companies bill as overage on your existing subscription — one bill, no juggling separate accounts.
